Please contact our customer service via email or Facebook @nicecnc for return address if the products have quality problems. ( Note: other reasons like: shipping delay or you don't like the products or you buy it wrong by yourself or you have modified your bike which make the parts doesn't fit, but you wanna return it, you need to pay the shipping fee by yourself and pay 15% OFF restocking fee.In this case, the shipping fee of your original order will not be refunded.)
Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instruction etc should also be included.
