To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The parcel cannot be returned if you damage them when installing. We have a strict QC process which ensure that product being shipped are in perfect condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact our customer service via email or Facebook @nicecnc for return address if the products have quality problems. ( Note: other reasons like: shipping delay or you don't like the products or you have modified your bike which make the parts doesn't fit, but you wanna return it, you need to pay the shipping fee by yourself and pay 15% OFF restocking fee.)
Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instruction etc should also be included.
It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
