The NICECNC Front Brake Disc Guard is Designed specifically for BETA off-road motorcycles, provides reliable protection against impacts from rocks, branches, and other obstacles. It helps reduce the risk of damage to the brake disc when riding on trails, gravel roads, and demanding off-road terrain.

  • Forged 6061 Aluminum Alloy for Enhanced Strength - The main body is made from a forged 6061 aluminum alloy billet, which is high-pressure forged before undergoing precision CNC machining. Compared with standard aluminum that is directly CNC machined, forged aluminum features a denser grain structure, higher strength, and improved impact resistance, helping the guard withstand harsh off-road impacts without easily deforming or breaking.
  • Precision CNC Machining for Reliable Construction - The forged billet is precision CNC machined to achieve accurate dimensions and a strong, reliable structure. The lightweight design helps maintain high strength without adding unnecessary weight, making it well suited for demanding off-road riding.
  • Modular Design for Easier Installation and Maintenance - With its modular design, compared to traditional one-piece covers: Installation and removal are more convenient. Subsequent maintenance and replacement are faster.
  • Anodized for increased corrosion resistance - Enhances surface hardness and offers excellent resistance to oxidation; remains resistant to fading, rust and wear even after prolonged use, ensuring a long-lasting finish.
  • Versatile Design for Different BETA Versions - Featuring an optimized universal design, the guard is compatible with different BETA model versions. This helps reduce compatibility concerns caused by model variations, so you can choose the right setup with greater confidence.
  • Compatible with Different Suspension Versions - Different mounting solutions are provided to accommodate different suspension versions:
    • Race Edition (with KYB / Marzocchi Suspension)
      Uses 9 mm spacer + 45 mm mounting bolt
    • Standard Models
      Uses 5 mm spacer + 50 mm mounting bolt
    • The different spacer thicknesses provide precise mounting alignment and help maintain proper clearance between the guard and brake disc.

Besides, we have FBA warehouse same as Amazon, the delivery time is about 2-5 days.

In case an item is out of stock, we will promptly communicate with you to provide updates. The estimated delivery time applies to those states eligible for free shipping. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure to provide an accurate street address (not a PO Box) and up-to-date contact information during checkout.

Please be aware that severe weather conditions may cause logistical delays.

Please contact our customer service via email or Facebook @nicecnc for return address if the products have quality problems. ( Note: other reasons like: shipping delay or you don't like the products or you buy it wrong by yourself or you have modified your bike which make the parts doesn't fit, but you wanna return it, you need to pay the shipping fee by yourself and pay 15% OFF restocking fee.In this case, the shipping fee of your original order will not be refunded.)
