This question is directed to NICECNC. What grade of aluminum is the KLR650  thermostat block made from?

I would like to know or see if anyone put one of these on a Yamaha TW200.  I think it could be done but you might have too modify things a bit so it looks good.

Changing oil weight might help but I'd probably look at the basics first. Make sure the lever adjustment is within spec, mine needs tweaking sometimes.

I second what alice lu said. maybe worth mentioning which specific spacer brand you got? Would help others avoid the same headache.

Oil leaks can be tricky to diagnose sometimes. Could be the surface finish or maybe even tiny cracks that aren't visible. Hope you get it sorted soon mate.

Mine was doing the same thing, rotating the shaft helped a bit.

I really wish NICECNC made more parts for the 390 Adventure - specifically gear shift lever and brake pedal, like those for the 790/890.
